Data Scientist
Work Mode: Remote
Contract: 12 months
Shift: late PH evening or can be night shift
Data Scientist : Looking for a data scientist profile with data modeling/ coding (Python/R) and visualization capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis and connect insights across our internal talent pipeline, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and predictive analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and provide insights into talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Work with other Workforce Insights team members to design and execute culture analytics initiatives, leveraging data to measure and enhance employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall organizational culture.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze talent performance data, identifying key drivers of success and areas for improvement.
• Design and deliver visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Merge structured, semi-structured and unstructured data from several systems to highlight company trends related to recruiting, developing, engaging and retaining talent
• Develop hypotheses, document assumptions, and analyze results as they relate to key business initiatives.
• Explore and analyze the data creatively to identify HR analytics solutions that add value in the strategic decision-making process.
• Prediction and trend analysis to anticipate the changes in the business, and to enable better decision making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science or relevant technical discipline preferred.
Looking for Data Scientist with at least 5 years of Python programming and Tableau experience.
• Excellent quantitative skills, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Solid understanding of talent concepts and practices, including talent acquisition, retention, development, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
