Job Title: Data Architect
Work Location: Metro Manila

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and secure end-to-end data architecture solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and data governance with hands-on experience in AWS cloud data services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end data architecture including ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption layers
Architect data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses using AWS-native services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda)
Develop enterprise data models and data governance standards to support analytics and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and quality standards
Optimize data infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability
Provide leadership and guidance to data engineers and analysts across multiple projects
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in data architecture and data engineering
Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns (data Lakehouse, ELT/ETL, real-time streaming)
Hands-on experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, EMR, etc.)
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise (both transactional and analytical models)
Experience with tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for data processing
Knowledge of data governance, data cataloging, and master data management concepts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary
₱160,000 – ₱240,000 per month
