Job Description: 

Gather, review and analyze Account Management data, including key performance indicators, financial reports, and other key metrics using Data Analytics Tool/s 

Developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity 

Analyze business processes and identifying areas for improvement 

Developing and maintaing reports to highlight key metrics and trends 

Creating data visualization tools to help clients understand complex data 

Gathering feedback from stakeholders to improve reporting processes 

Ensure accurate database design and manipulation and entry procedures 

Prepare periodic reports for clients 

Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, data cleansing 

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 

Excellent Communication skills, with experience in communicating or leading business/client reviews  

Proficient to Expert in any Sales Tools (Experience with Hubspot is a plus) 

Proficient to Expert in Data Analytics Tool (Experience with Power BI is a plus) 

Proficient to Expert in CRM Tools (Experience with Bullhorn is a plus) 

Expert in MS Office most especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
