Job Description
Primary Job Function:
The Marketing Operations Data Specialist will assist us in building, measuring, optimizing, and scaling our marketing and operational programs within our tech stack to drive company growth. This role is responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of marketing campaigns, primarily through ensuring we have high quality contacts and accounts that align with our marketing efforts
Responsibilities:
· Manage data projects with direct communication to internal stakeholders including marketing leadership, providing insight and recommendations to support continuous improvement of data quality and validation processes
Evaluate the accuracy of information provided by data vendors and internal resources to expand and improve on data completeness and accuracy at the account and contact level
Build and maintain reports supporting data management and present analysis and findings to a variety of audience
Own tasks related to data management and marketing enablement projects
Work to enhance data health and maintain firmographic, technographic, data enrichment critical for account and contact targeting
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· At least 2 years experience in data research, qualification or quality,
governance, stewardship and/or marketing operations
· Working knowledge with data management utilizing a CRM platform
(Salesforce preferred)
· Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data
· Prior experience in data reporting
· Experience with Business Intelligence, Technographic, or Firmographic
tools (e.g. D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, DemandTools)
Key Competencies:
