Job Description:
Maximizes campaign automation capability using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Extracts data from different databases and consolidates information.
Sets-up campaign journeys in campaign management platform based on the approved campaign design.
Coordinates campaign data requirements to different stakeholders in order to facilitate the creation of campaigns
Manages the leads by ensuring the continuous flow of information from the time the lead interacts with AXA up to the pairing with distributors.
Provides monitoring report on the communication that are being sent thru the campaign management platform by doing campaign set-up that enables quick generation of reports.
Effectively manage and optimizes the different campaigns within the campaign management platform.
Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in dynamic, relational customer database management.
Must have knowledge in using SQL programming.
Experience with Salesforce will be an advantage but not required
Has good communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Graduate of courses that are related to data information management.
