Job Description
Job Summary: The Data Analyst & Systems Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the analysis of workflows, processes, and data across various business units. This role will work closely with the supervisor to recommend, implement, and manage software solutions that integrate the company’s processes and data collection for improved workflow, communication, and efficiency. Additionally, the coordinator will support system management, access control, data analysis, and the development of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management Support:
Help manage the company’s network systems, ensuring that the systems are streamlined and functioning efficiently.
Monitor the performance of systems to ensure they deliver the desired results and recommend improvements where necessary.
Issue Resolution & Technical Support:
Collaborate with the software’s account manager and technical support team to address any issues with the company’s systems.
Assist team members in troubleshooting and resolving errors within their accounts or systems.
Data Extraction & Analysis:
Extract data from various business platforms and assist in analyzing the data to identify trends and insights.
Provide recommendations for business strategies based on data findings.
Spreadsheet & Report Creation:
Design and create efficient and user-friendly spreadsheets to support tasks such as reordering, pricing, costings, accounting, and more.
Ensure that spreadsheets are dynamic, accurate, and easy to use for team members.
Business Platform Support & Development:
Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of the company’s business platforms, ensuring they remain functional and meet organizational needs.
Help improve the tools used for communication, data management, and workflow integration.
Administrative & Business Support:
Provide general administrative and business support when required, including assisting other teams with technology-related tasks or administrative functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, focusing on Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, business systems, or a similar role. Open to fresh graduates.
Experience in working with software systems and business process management.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various platforms.
Proficiency in creating and managing advanced spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Understanding of process optimization, software integration, and system management.
Knowledge of network management and access control protocols.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools.
Familiarity with system administration tools and platforms.
Salary
₱25,000 – ₱28,000 per month
