Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:
Gather data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through regular validation and cleaning.
Report Generation:
Develop and maintain routine and ad hoc reports to meet business needs.
Translate complex data into clear and concise visualizations, dashboards, and summaries.
Deliver reports on schedule and respond to requests for data analysis promptly.
Data Analysis:
Analyze trends, patterns, and insights within the data to identify areas for improvement.
Support departments in interpreting results and making informed decisions.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with teams to improve data collection processes and reporting efficiency.
Recommend and implement tools, systems, or methodologies for enhanced analytics.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and objectives.
Provide training or support to teams on understanding and utilizing reports effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and databases (e.g., SQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
