The IT Systems and Transformation Head is responsible for driving technology strategy, enablement, and digital transformation across business units of Maxihealth with alignment to the Group Information and Technology requirements. This role fosters close collaboration with functional leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goals, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver value through innovation and agility.
Broad Responsibility Highlights:
Ensure alignment between business goals and technology initiatives through proactive partnership with business units, offering strategic guidance and technical insights.
Support enterprise transformation programs including system modernization, cloud migration, and digital enablement to enhance customer and employee experiences.
Lead the design and implementation of technology performance dashboards and KPIs to drive visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Promote a culture of innovation, digital literacy, and continuous improvement across business and technical teams.
Coordinate system support efforts with IT operations teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents, issues, and requests for all business-critical systems.
Monitor the health and performance of key enterprise applications, ensuring availability, reliability, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity standards across operational systems and platforms.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by shaping technology roadmaps, identifying opportunities for automation, and optimizing total cost of ownership of digital assets.
Translate complex technical and business requirements into strategic plans and execution roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of impactful solutions.
Apply emerging technology trends and insights to support the development of new business models, digital products, and scalable platforms.
Drive execution of digital strategies at the department or unit level, collaborating with operations, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure technology alignment and ROI.

Professional Qualification:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation roles
Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and technology implementation in complex organizational environments
Demonstrated experience in IT operations, systems monitoring, and coordination of support activities
Experience in cloud-based platforms, enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM), and IT service management
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Technology Management preferred
Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous
