Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Data Collection & Management:
Develop and implement data collection processes to gather information on plant health, growth rates, and environmental conditions.
Maintain databases and ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
2.Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact the patchouli plantation.
Use statistical methods and software tools to provide insights and forecasts regarding yield and quality.
3.Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports and presentations, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Visualize data using charts and graphs to communicate complex information clearly.
4.Collaboration:
Work closely with plantation managers, field technicians and other teams to inform and support cultivation practices.
Provide training and support to staff on data analysis tools and techniques.
5.Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
