About the role
As a Partner Development Analyst at 6clicks, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic global partner ecosystem—including MSPs, advisors, and GRC firms. Working directly with founders and regional sales teams, you’ll ensure operational excellence, strengthen engagement, and bring partner marketing initiatives to life.
This is a dynamic, multi-channel role that’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, globally connected environments and has a knack for communication, coordination, and relationship-building.
What you’ll be doing
✅ Drive awareness of the 6clicks Partner Program and support international expansion
✅ Coordinate onboarding and certifications for new and existing partners
✅ Support partner enablement with tools, collateral, and training materials
✅ Manage outreach campaigns across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
✅ Maintain accurate HubSpot records and ensure clean partner mapping
✅ Promote the Connect portal and partner enablement resources
✅ Launch and manage community groups (WhatsApp/Teams) to foster collaboration
✅ Support quoting, deal registration, and pipeline tracking
✅ Distribute marketing assets like cheat sheets, solution briefs, and co-branded content
✅ Activate partner marketing efforts—case studies, webinars, and regional campaigns
✅ Localize and deliver multilingual marketing assets
✅ Track and report on partner KPIs including ARR, certifications, and engagement
✅ Organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights
✅ Execute Lemlist campaigns around new features and partner opportunities
What we’re looking for
Experience working in medium to enterprise-level environments
Proven ability to manage business clients across Australia, Europe, the US, or the Middle East
Exposure to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or advisory firms internationally
High proficiency in written and spoken communication with international business clients
Exceptional empathy and emotional intelligence—you’re someone who listens, understands, and connects
Skilled at working across time zones and coordinating with global teams
Proficiency in HubSpot and messaging tools like WhatsApp and LinkedIn
Proficient in using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and support continuous learning
A self-starter mindset with strong organization and follow-through
