Be part of our client’s team as a Reports and CRM Specialist, where you’ll manage data integrity, support sales performance through reporting, and ensure CRM processes are efficient and aligned across departments.

What You Need to Bring
1-3 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, Growth Operations, or similar roles
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and data manipulation
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for clean, structured data
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or HubSpot dashboards (a plus)
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with broader team objectives
What You’ll Do Every Day
CRM Data Accuracy & Integrity
Perform regular data audits to maintain clean, reliable CRM records, with a focus on lead stage, headcount, and segmentation fields
Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or incomplete data entries
Support rollout of data validation processes and rules
Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards within the CRM
Lead Pipeline Management
Help monitor pipeline health by tracking stage progression and identifying bottlenecks
Run weekly audits to ensure timely updates and adherence to lead management SLAs by Sales and Growth Admin
Tag and escalate issues related to delayed or misrouted leads
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare draft versions of key reports including the Weekly Sales Leaderboard, Pipeline Reports, and Monthly summaries
Maintain up-to-date dashboards to support sales leadership and revenue forecasting
Provide first-pass analysis of pipeline trends, gaps, and velocity
Data Management & Cross-Department Alignment
Help ensure alignment of data across Sales, Marketing, and Enablement functions
Participate in cleanup projects involving territory alignment, lead scoring, and campaign attribution
Assist in regular syncing and deduplication efforts between systems
Process Optimization & Documentation
Support the rollout and adoption of new workflows, processes, and tools
Help document new processes, create SOPs, and assist with training decks for internal users
Monitor usage metrics and flag areas of low adoption or system inefficiencies
Capture feedback from end users and escalate process issues to the Growth Ops Manager
