We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious and agile AI Software Developer to become an essential part of our rapidly expanding BPO team. In this key full-time role, you’ll utilise cutting-edge AI technologies (Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf) to conceptualise, design and implement innovative software solutions. Your creativity and technical expertise will be crucial in overcoming business challenges, driving innovation and ensuring Duo Tax remains the top player in the market, maintaining our incredible growth for years to come!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Proactively identify business pain points and collaborate closely with internal teams to deeply understand challenges.
Leverage advanced AI-driven platforms (Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf) to rapidly deliver innovative, high-impact software solutions.
Continuously optimise and improve software systems, driving maximum efficiency and outstanding performance.
Manage and refine backend systems to ensure scalability, reliability and top-notch security.
Handle advanced database management and optimisation (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Implement and enhance DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation and cloud deployments.
Troubleshoot and enhance backend performance, ensuring smooth operation across all platforms.
Maintain and advance industry-leading software security practices.
Provide clear, detailed and precise documentation and technical specifications.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong programming skills and an unwavering commitment to excellence and efficiency.
Extensive experience with database management and optimisation (SQL and NoSQL).
Proficiency with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
Solid understanding and experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Advanced knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Comprehensive understanding of secure backend development.
Agile mindset—comfortable with radical honesty, quick feedback and continuous improvement.
Results-focused, self-motivated individual with excellent initiative and accountability.
Essentials you must have:
WFH – Must have your own computer device, double screens, office set up , access to a generator and mobile data (As needed during power interruptions).
Must be residing in Metro Manila
