We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP, Change & Business Analyst (Quezon City)
High caliber professional to join delivery team as a Test & Business Readiness Manager working on Asset Services Market Event announcement standardization project. The candidate will work with project manager, business users and technology teams to define business readiness, test approach, user acceptance cases and tracking through deployment through to warranty. Must have proven test management experience in financial services including test metrics design and communication and be confident working independently across different business groups and functional teams.
In this role, you will:
Gather user requirements and document stories (e.g. Jira, confluence) ensuring quality and completeness.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) on tooling functionality and liaise with IT and Product Owners as required.
Attend scrum meetings with IT and provide input/update.
Work with test lead to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Track stories, defects, change requests and update project manager of status, risks and issues.
Analyze and document workflow for business lines, asset class, flows
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
10+ year experience in Global Markets or Asset Services
6+ year experience in a Change on delivery of medium to large scale initiatives.
4+ year Asset Services experience with end-to-end Event Lifecycle exposure of mandatory and voluntary events.
Proven experience of delivery in an Agile & Waterfall project framework
Experience of Test Management and SDLC collaboration tools, e.g. Confluence, JIRA, ALM-QC.
Willingness to challenge and ask probing questions to validate priorities, proposed solutions and realisation of benefits.
Flexibility in approach, and the ability to show initiative and respond quickly to changing situations.
Thrives working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working across different groups and time zones with ability to work autonomously while being mindful of when to seek guidance and approval.
Excellent understanding of technology and system architectures.
Comfortable liaising with technology Systems Analyst and Developers.
Excellent stakeholder management and written/spoken communication.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
