Job Description
The role will work closely with the Program Manager, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that business needs are effectively translated into high-quality product solutions. In addition to traditional business analysis responsibilities, the role will also be on product management tasks, helping shape feature development, drive prioritization, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Product:
Develop and maintain documentation for planned features, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and or other agreed formats.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Program Manager, Operations, Scrum Team, Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Infra) to define feature scope, success metrics, and business impact.
Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, work with UI/UX designer to create wireframes, and use case diagrams to support development.
Conduct analyses to identify missing, unclear, or conflicting requirements and proactively resolve them.
Assist in defining and refining the product roadmap, working closely with the Program Manager to prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform feature enhancements and future roadmap planning
Product Development & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the development cycle.
Facilitate sprint scope approvals, collaborating with the Program Manager to define priorities, manage dependencies, and adjust scope as needed.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Develop internal release notes, stakeholder update decks and product briefs to communicate feature releases, enhancements, and operational impacts.
Lead post-launch knowledge transfer sessions, including training materials, walkthroughs, and operational support handovers.
Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively communicating risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, while proposing solutions when possible
Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance:
Partner with the QA team to review test plans, ensuring feature functionality aligns with business and product requirements.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating that features meet expected outcomes before final approvals from the Program Manager, Head of Operations, Solution Architect and Evro GM.
Gather and analyze user feedback post-launch, tracking issues and opportunities for feature improvements.
Product Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Support the Program Manager in maintaining a comprehensive EVRO Playbook, documenting key processes, workflows, and best practices.
Continuously monitor feature adoption, performance metrics, and customer feedback, recommending iterations to improve the user experience.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose optimizations to streamline feature development and improve collaboration across teams.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to help drive innovation within Evro.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or
3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital
1+ year of experience in a Product-related role, preferably in digital products or solutions.
Agile certifications or formal Agile training are preferred but not mandatory
Practical experience in Agile Methodologies
Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.
Familiarity with app development frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of process mapping, business modeling, and workflow design tools.
