Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The Technical Business Analyst acts as a bridge between our technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs and business goals. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where current solutions do not meet business needs. Solution Design and Documentation Design and document functional and technical specifications. Develop process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Project Management Assist in project planning, including timeline estimation and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks. Testing and Validation Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the solution. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. Document and resolve any issues identified during testing. Collaboration and Communication Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment between all parties. Conduct regular meetings to review project status and gather feedback.
Salary
₱50,000 – ₱60,000 per month
