Job Description
The Client Reporting Analyst, under supervision, ensures timely, complete, and accurate client report production for internal and external clients. Responsibilities include preparing periodic client reports and factsheets by gathering, validating, and consolidating data from various regional sources. The role also involves validating translated Traditional and Simplified Chinese Fund Factsheets across Asia. The analyst must demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Issue Identification: Perform thorough quality checks of Fund Factsheets, including Chinese translations, and spot issues in data and presentation in both English and Traditional/Simplified Chinese.
Report Preparation and Review: Facilitate the end-to-end preparation and review of complex custom reports and periodic Investment Management Reports for institutional and retail clients across Asia.
Data Coordination and Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external teams to collate, verify, and present data according to internal SLAs, ensuring timely client reporting and escalating any data accuracy issues.
Project and Process Improvement: Assist in business unit initiatives and spearhead projects aimed at process improvements, including responding to client reporting inquiries.
Fund Management and Change Requests: Perform new fund setup and manage change requests accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
Proficient in reading both Traditional and Simplified Chinese. Ability to speak Chinese is considered an advantage.
A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Financial related courses (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, etc)
Experience of at least 1 year in Investment Management or Financial Services is a plus
Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
