Job Description
Job Summary:
Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze the data / information out of our various systems and inputting it into a customer portal and vice versa
Maintain consistent and high level of quality in all work performed
Work on special ad-hoc research projects as assigned
Completion of tasks to schedule
Qualification:
Graduate of any Business-related course
1-2 years previous work experience in research, data analytics or related field
With previous customer service / client relations experience
Salary
₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month

These already bring 10% savings from productivity gains and the same amount from quality enhancement. But as processes become standardized and are continuously optimized, the opportunities to automate become visible.
