The main responsibilities of a DATA ANALYST include:
Data Collection and List Building: Develop high-quality outreach lists specifically tailored to campaign objectives. Utilize advanced data-gathering techniques such as website scraping, leveraging online tools, and conducting manual research to ensure comprehensive and targeted data collection.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform detailed analyses of collected data to uncover trends and insights. Prepare and present reports using PowerPoint and Excel, converting complex data sets into understandable and actionable business intelligence.
Research: Engage in extensive online research to uncover potential opportunities, leads, and pertinent market information. Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Tools Management: Skillfully manage and utilize CRM and lead-generation platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for organizing and analyzing data, ensuring optimal impact of outreach strategies.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the outreach team, providing key data-driven insights to support and enhance campaign efforts. Actively propose improvements to current initiatives, focusing on data-driven strategy optimization.
Data Accuracy: Guarantee the accuracy and cleanliness of all data. Develop and implement stringent processes to uphold data integrity across various projects.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Advanced Data Analysis: Proven ability in handling large datasets and conducting complex data analysis.
Proficiency in Reporting Tools: Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating detailed reports and presentations.
Research Skills: Strong capability in conducting thorough and effective online research.
CRM and Lead-Gen Tools: Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other related platforms.
Data Integrity Management: Ability to maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of data across multiple platforms and projects.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to navigate and optimize complex data scenarios.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present data insights.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Industry Trends: Keen awareness and understanding of the latest trends in data analytics and outreach strategies.
