Job Description
Is responsible for consolidating and analyzing data to generate timely management reports and conduct daily performance quality audits based on system-generated data. This role ensures audit findings align with internal processes and policies, supporting service quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate and analyze data to generate accurate and timely management reports
Conduct quality audits on an average of 35 transactions per day
Review audit findings and ensure alignment with internal processes and company policies
Provide feedback and reports to supervisors to support process improvement
Help ensure the achievement of a 98% turnaround time and the required service ratio
Support initiatives to sustain or enhance client satisfaction
Prepare analytics reports focused on loan processing and servicing performance
Perform other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or any related field
Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in real estate loan processing and servicing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work onsite at Lancaster New City, Imus, Cavite
