Job Description
This role requires expertise in data visualization and analysis, specifically in Power BI dashboard development, Smartsheet automation, and a deep understanding of business processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading data-driven projects, working independently, and delivering high-impact insights to help drive business decisions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) required by stakeholders
Smartsheet Automation: Utilize Smartsheet formulas, reports, and integrations (including potentially using the Smartsheet API) to automate workflows, streamline data collection, and enhance collaboration
Process and Workflow Analysis and Documentation: Assist in documenting and analysing existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and translate those needs into effective analytics solutions
Training: Lead training and support to end-users
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Knowledge in Power BI, other BI tools (Tableau, Quik) is a plus
Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization
Knowledge in using Smartsheet for automation, project management, and reporting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear recommendations
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (for Power BI expertise).
Smartsheet Certified User or Smartsheet Certified Expert (for advanced Smartsheet knowledge)
