General Objective:
Responsible for tasks relevant to account management and renewal. Must follow client-specific and standard procedures, ensure 100% accuracy, and meet established timelines.
What are some of the responsibilities?
Creates a group profile in the client system containing current/renewal information and other details sourced from the counterpart-provided files such as RFP, Census and Proposals.
Receives, analyzes and uploads quotations and other documents to the client system.
Exports the plan information obtained from the quotes and client system to an Excel spreadsheet for the sales and proposal teams.
Generates carrier proposals from specific carrier websites and/or tools to be included in the quotations.
Populate the given Excel-based client templates containing Benefit and Cost comparisons.
Identifying and reporting possible discrepancies to the client’s team.
Performing daily and timely resolution of all client requests and inquiries via email or using their ticketing system.
What are the ideal requirements?
Having equivalent work experience in US healthcare is a plus
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work with multiple source files and apply knowledge from various client requirements to day-to-day
Intermediate MS Excel proficiency
Must be open to mid-shift (3PM to 12MN)
₱27,000 – ₱35,000 per month
