About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Code Analyst / Bookkeeper to join our team in Manila. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with an Australian company that operates several businesses under one umbrella. You will play a crucial role in turning operational data into actionable insights and supporting bookkeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities
Process, structure, and analyse data to enable management to review individual performance metrics
Collaborate across multiple business units with varied workflows and data systems
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational records
Use software such as Simpro, Accelerate, and other internal systems to extract and manage data
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, transaction entries, and reports
Liaise with the Australian head office to ensure timely delivery of data and reports
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data analyst, coding, or bookkeeping role
Strong knowledge of data handling, reporting, and performance tracking
Experience working with platforms such as Simpro, Accelerate, or similar business management tools
High level of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
