Data Engineer – Ongoing Migration Project
Location: Makati & BGC
Shift: Day Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week onsite)
Onboarding: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to support a high-impact data migration project. This role offers the opportunity to work with large datasets using SQL and Alibaba DataWorks, with exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
Develop and optimize SQL queries for large data volumes
Ensure performance and uptime for automated jobs
Maintain and enhance data warehouse architecture
Execute data/report migrations across systems
Implement data security practices within pipelines
Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve data issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SQL for ETL/Data Engineering
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement them effectively
Proven experience in data validation, report migration, and source-to-target mapping
Salary
₱80,000 – ₱120,000 per month
