As a Demand Analyst, you’ll support forecasting, analyze sales data, and collaborate across departments to align supply with demand-helping the business make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions across global wellness markets.

The Qualifications We Seek
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
1-3 years of experience using Oracle
1-3 years of experience with Tagetik, Demantra, or similar forecasting programs
1-3 years of experience in Alteryx (preferred)
Basic understanding of statistical forecasting methods
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
1-5 years managing large datasets
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently
Your Daily Tasks
Support order management and collaborate with customer service to resolve forecast discrepancies
Analyze the impact of promotions on demand and integrate them into planning
Serve as the key contact between Supply Chain, Sales, and customer replenishment teams
Gather and incorporate customer data into SKU-level demand plans
Analyze data such as sales history, market trends, promotions, and seasonality
Adjust demand forecasts using analytics, statistics, and collaboration
Communicate key metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory targets
Act as a resource for forecast data, inventory analysis, operational modeling, and sales history
