MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management or any related business course
Related Work Experience
• With at least 1 year relevant experience
Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following):
• Above average knowledge on reconciliation functions
Skills:
With good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Formulas, Intermediate to Advance Skills is a plus
Keen to details
With good interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures timely delivery of relevant reports needed by end-users
Reconciles transaction reports on a daily basis and elevate disputes for resolution ensuring regular monitoring and status updates
Communicates and coordinates with Remittance Business Support the issues and updates of remittance transactions.
Instructs and administer application of adjustment and accounting treatment to remittance transactions; communicates to concerned section or business unit for application of such adjustments
Regularly maintains and submits daily accomplishment reports including adjustments and status reports
