Perform business requirements gathering and analysis, translating these into functional requirements, technical tickets and user stories for the software development team to execute
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Can perform quality assurance
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Help design, document and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
