Job Description
The Lead IT Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Dynamic SQL Queries, Raw Data Reports, etc.
Strong programming skills in MySQL, Excel Power Query, Dynamic SQL Query, and VBA are essential.
Proven proficiency in Excel, including VBA macros and pivot tables, is also required.
A solid understanding of database structures and data extraction techniques is highly desirable, along with a background in statistics or other data analysis and visualization methods.
Competencies:
A strong understanding of data visualization and analysis platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, and Visio, is a significant asset.
The ability to rapidly comprehend and utilize TE’s digital database architecture and toolset to define data extraction strategies based on reporting requirements is crucial.
This position requires collaboration with key stakeholders across governance, tracking, data analysis, and interpretation.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining global weekly/monthly dashboards for Engineering KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, and participating in data-centric projects such as system migrations and customizations.
Proven expertise in standard reporting and presentation tools, coupled with a track record of successfully implementing innovative data solutions for large organizations, is essential
Developing tailored dashboards and merging various data sources to maintain reporting integrity, support system transitions, and automate workflows will be a key part of this role.
Excellent interpersonal skills for working effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds are necessary.
