Project Role description
Utilize modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale.
Summary:
As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve utilizing modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques. Your typical day will include collaborating with Application Development Teams to provide innovative solutions, leveraging a cloud-first and mobile-first approach. You will also participate in Agile methodologies to ensure value creation across diverse projects, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
– Design and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
– Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and systems.
– Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
– Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
– Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
– Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
– Proficiency in data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings.
– Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
– Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformations as needed.
Additional Information:
– The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
– This position is based at our Manila office.
Good to have skills – Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
Additional criteria per attached confirmation:
• Experience in ADF and Azure Data Bricks.
• Has experience in working with difference data sources (Dynamics, GA4, BigQuery)
• Good to know: SFMC, GA4 and BigQuery data models
• Data Modelling: Designing and building data models that enable efficient data analysis, including creating relationships between different data tables and optimizing data structures for performance.
• Data Transformations: Skills in cleaning, shaping, and transforming data via Power Query, DAX or M language. This allows data to be prepared for analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of Data Visualization Principles in Power BI: Knowing how to create visually appealing and informative reports. This involves selecting the right type of visualizations and designing reports that effectively communicate data insights.

Work Set up: Hybrid
Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x/ week RTO
