Job Summary: The Reports Analyst (Reporting Analyst) is Responsible for Collecting, Analyzing, and Reporting Data from Various Source(s) to Enhance Business Operations. This role Involves Creating Data-Driven Report(s), Developing Dashboard(s), and Providing Valuable Insight(s) that Support Decision-Making Process(es) within the Organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect and Analyze Data from Various Source(s) to Identify Trend(s) and Pattern(s), Develop and Maintain Dashboard(s) and Report(s) Using Data Visualization Tool(s), Generate Periodic and Adhoc Report(s) to Support Operational and Business Initiative(s)
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Team(s) to Gather Reporting Requirement(s), Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy by Reviewing and Validating Data, Present Finding(s) to Stakeholder(s) with Actionable Recommendation(s), Stay Updated with Industry Trend(s) and Best Practice(s) in Data Analysis
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or Related Field with 1 Year(s) Minimum Proven Experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Data Visualization, Proficiency in Data Analysis Tool(s) such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team, Attention to Detail and a Commitment to Data Accuracy
Preferred Skills: Experience with Programming Language(s) such as Python or R, Familiarity with Database Management and Data Warehousing, Experience (with) and Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and Predictive Modeling (Preferred and Not Required)
