Job Description
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design future-proof data architecture, build scalable pipelines, and collaborate with AI and ML teams to deliver datasets-all within a cloud-native environment.

The Qualifications We Seek
5+ years in data engineering roles, ideally in cloud-native environments
Strong experience designing and building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Proficient in Python and SQL with solid data modeling skills
Experience handling structured and unstructured data
Ability to evaluate and recommend platforms based on performance, cost, and scalability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in real-time/streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis)
Familiarity with ML workflows or feature stores (SageMaker, Databricks, Feast)
Knowledge of data compliance, monitoring, and observability tools
Your Daily Tasks
Design and implement scalable data pipelines across structured and unstructured sources (Salesforce CRM, product logs, transcripts, images, etc.)
Architect a future-proof data lake and transformation layer using AWS-native tools and/or Databricks
Evaluate platform options (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift) based on scalability, features, and cost
Define and manage raw-to-curated data zones, cataloging and managing lineage via AWS Glue or alternatives
Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to deliver analytics-ready and ML-ready datasets
Implement best practices in data governance, access control, cost management, and observability
