Overview
A Syniti Consultant’s job is to translate and implement complex business requirements and solutions utilizing Syniti
standard functionalities like SKP and SQL as well as formulating different ways on how to integrate the Syniti platform with external applications. This role determines and identifies high-level functional and technical requirements.
A Syniti Consultant must be well-experienced with Syniti in general and an expert in specific business process
areas. This position is integral in the performance of data migration and governance activities for a specific process
thread while driving communication with client SMEs and Business-Process Experts for data migration and
governance activities. The Consultant will be responsible for participating in handling data migration activities that
include data analysis, reporting, conversion, harmonization, and business-process analysis using Enterprise Data
Migration Tools.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions software using Syniti SKP
component, and corresponding client-side technologies
Integrate Syniti SKP code with other enterprise applications using Syniti SKP Integration patterns
Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation related to coding activities
Collaborate with colleagues on coding, source control management, technical reviews, and troubleshooting
Ability to support Syniti SKP configuration tasks such as field/ page updates, workflows, and a large variety of custom objects
Implement new software features and client enhancements
Participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
Perform QA testing if needed
Actively learn all aspects of the tools, technologies, and methodology used by Syniti
Engage both as a remote project team member and individually to solve business problems and contribute to the success of projects you will be assigned to
Deliver assigned work on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality
Collaborate with fellow TP employees to share experiences & learnings
Analyze client’s data and come up with valuable reports that will help the clients understand their data
Establishing testing procedures to ensure that the migrated data is accurate and consistent with client specifications
Conducts analysis of the existing migration process and identified problems affecting the quality of data
conversions and implementations
Develop and validate business data reports and technical reports for data migration and data governance to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data
Providing technical support for the data migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
Creating documentation of the project process to serve as a guide for future migration projects
Exhibit strong problem-solving and communications skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in working with both team members and clients
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in Syniti platform development
3+ years of development using Syniti SKP, SQL, and other programmatic solutions in Syniti
Configuration experience
Ability to understand Syniti SKP and SQL products
Thorough knowledge of database systems (MS SQL)
