Job Description
The Variable Data Printing Specialist tasked to develop workflow for direct mail jobs in collaboration with the North America team. VDP Programmer should have knowledge in computer programming, or at least in JavaScript to easily learn Quadient Inspire Designer. Has a full attention to detail and can adopt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Analyze work order sent via Dashboard and develop workflow using Quadient Inspire Designer.
Write scripts and data transformations within Quadient Inspire Designer to build direct mail workflow.
Review requirements of job as pertains to Direct mail and VDP processing.
Ensure that supplied data files meet standards and are compatible with the requirements of the job.
Execute quality checks and standard data validation, and troubleshoot issues as necessary
Process jobs within the DG3 mail services and variable data processing platforms.
Communicate with production coordinators as required.
You will use a multitude of platforms to process data and files, including Microsoft tools, proprietary applications, off the shelf applications, template systems, postal processing software and others
Create and manage templates for variable data communications.
Deliver job file to production
Develop and write computer programs to perform specific tasks related to organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of and experience in using JavaScript, or other programming language like C++, Java, PHP, XML, HTML, etc.
Basic understanding and use of MS Office applications including and especially MS Excel.
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or Relevant Experience related to the role
The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Strong English communication skills
Willing to work in US business hours
Keen sense of time; comfortable working in a deadline-oriented environment
Salary
₱40,000 – ₱45,000 per month
